There are two of them... one from the Prized Moa Bird (no req's), and the second from Piken Square (post-searing, has some req's).

Long Sword
Slashing Dmg: 5-7
Armor +5 (while casting)
Improves Casting speed (Chance: 5%)

Long Sword
Slashing Dmg: 7-10 (req. 4 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while hexed)
Damage +15% (while enchanted)
