Have a question about a build

Ok i have been trying build after build only to lvl 7 or 8 now so far the most supior build that i have came across is a Nec/Ele. Now this is only PvE and still pre seering, but has anyone tried with a good success right in PvP? Oh, its Fire Elementalist

Just to warn you there is a huge difference between what is good at low level and what is good at level 20. There are many skills that just rock in pre searing and the beginning missions but aren't that great once you get to level 20. Also, lots of skills are great in PvE but are just horrible in PvP.

There are already lots of posts on why primary necro's aren't the way to go so just do a search and see if you agree.
