BUYING a 2/2 req 7-8 tactics shield~

Hey,

I'm looking for a 2/2 (enchanted/stance) shield with a low req of 7 or 8 TACTICS shield. I may accept 9 aswell, but I much prefer 7-8. Also, I do NOT care what kind of shield it is, as I'm not picky . In fact, I'd rather a cheaper skin anyway cuz I don't want to spend too much on a req 7 2/2 eternal shield (even though its worth like 10x more than an Aegis for example). Thanks

oh and 1 more thing - I will NOT bid in auctions. so you rather sell it to me at a price, or just leave, because I don't like bidding in auctions for certain things..
