Sorry for the poor screenshot. I took it while observing a GvG match, and managed to snap a screenie just as that mesmer's team was defeated. The guild was Korean, BTW.

This MAY be one of the exclusive Korean items. I don't have confirmation on that. Anyone know?

That would be the Quicksilver, one of the Korean CokePlay items.

This page has all of the items. It's the middle one of the bottom row, click it for a bigger picture.

Oh, incase you're wondering, it's stats are...

Quicksilver
Chaos damage 11-22 (req. domination 9)
Increase illusion skill recharge rate (chance 20%)
Energy +3 (when health above 50%)

I think the bottom 20% listed in the picture is from customization.
