I havent seen many Necro/Ele build, if any they favor ele as primary for energy storage, but I had an idea.

Obsidian Flesh
Basic style is to start out with the armors in place, cast dark bond to renew Kinetic, use the signet of agony along with plague sending, and use well/unholy feast/blood renewal to keep you life up from all the Sacrificing. Between the obsidian flesh and kinetic armor, you would have a high defence and avoide magic for the most part. Armor would use the reduction to peircing and weapons that bost energy and reduce recharge time (If there is a better idea for weapons, I would like some insight too). So far its worked, I want to see what other thought.
Also, would it be better to have low life from runes and the like? Since Sacrificing would be less life and the pips would recover total life faster. Just seeing.
One other thing, does Obsidian Flesh's 50% slower effect mess with just walking and attacking or casting too?

No, Earth armors only affect's walking speed. Not attacking or casting....
If I'm going 16 blood, I'd definitely go Blood Offering instead of Obsidian Flesh. It's most efficient to get an elite that will benefit from your 16 atb stat.
Or, if you're feeling psycho, you can get an elite that needs no stat to supplement your damage... [GRENTH'S BALANCE OWNS U!!]
I'd go 12+1+3 Blood Magic, 8+1 Soul Reaping, 10 Earth Magic
Then run with this setup...
Awaken the Blood [18 blood magic!!]

Grenth's Balance {E}
Armor of Earth
Eruption
Glyph of Lesser Energy
This will let you practically bombard an unfortunate shmuck while also giving you a sizably large hp max to feed your Grenth's Balance with {E}.
Here's another option for the energy psycho in you.

Vampiric Gaze
Shadow Strike
Dark Pact
Blood Offering {E}
Armor of Earth
Eruption
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Blood Offering will feed this energy hungry Dark Pact spammer as well as allow your Vamp Gaze and Shadow Strike to steal a nice hefty chunk of hp after casting Awaken the Blood.
Armor and Eruption will protect your and your teammates and the Glyph makes Eruption a lot less disruptive to your energy pool.
