Right first off, I want to attack things

It's my Attribute's and skills that need changing i've been told.

edit: oh, and I mainly do PVE atm, but I want to do some temple of the king and team arena missions too

Pick 3-4 Attributes to concentrate in. At the moment you are all over the place with the same power as a concentrated attributes level 12 character.

I'd say go with Marksmanship, Wilderness Survival, Expertise, and either Domination for a bit more damage or Inspiration for a bit more utility such as hex/enchant removal that nets you energy and a skill to toy with.
