Sickles aren't about using as a primary damage output source, They are mainly used to show off meaning to show off how cool they look and how rare they are. A simple clean max Sickle any req. I could see selling for multiple millions of gold. They are extremely rare, some believe rarer than a crystalline sword. BTW I have one for sale also, it is Clean Damage 6-21 req.7 Ill accept any offer above 45k.

^^ wrong! i seen one this week on these forums, do a search and you will find someone selling a max dmg sickle with req 8.

It might be possible to get a max sickle in a HoH chest maybe, but I am not sure.
