Lol, you guys are probably right... I paid 65k for a similar model pre-SF. I forgot to take into account post-SF changes and haven't bought 1 in a while.

EDIT: Also doing these price checks during work... perhaps I should lay off posting while multi-tasking. Definitely misread "great axe" as chaos...
