Surena this -10 while attacking is the best malus you can have if you own a weapon with permanent dmg! Far better than -5 energy , this is a pure offensive axe.

isn't the -1 health reg, better with permanent mod, or energy reg. and -5 energy mod is better that -10 armor while attacking
