WTB 10/10 Staff

I want a GOLD STAFF (not green!) with

10% Faster Recharge on ALL SKILLS
10% Faster Cast Rate on ALL SKILLS

I don't care about upgrades, I'll upgrade them myself.

I don't care what type of staff, it can be a mesmer/necro/ele/monk staff but of course, the more desirable it is (like fire, smiting, holy, etc) the more I'm going to pay.

I'm only willing to spend as much as 150k so if you think your item is worth more than that, don't sell it to me.

sorry, i have a 9/10 right now. and i want a perfect 10/10

VERY VERY RARE. I heard there were only 10 or so in the whole game. Not sure how accurate that is. I have seen one, and it was an 11 or 12 req. I offered 250K for it and got laughed at (as I should have, but worth a shot).

If you have a 9/10 or a 10/9 that is pretty much the cream of the crop. I doubt very highly you will find one in the forums. Best bet is to go to LA1 and spam (I am sure you have). But bust out the check book.
