Im new and a bit confused

Im a little confused on how i get new spells and attacks. Im currently level 3 N/W, and just curious where i can from there. Any help is appreciated thanks.

There in most map marker points, such as Ascalon. If you go to new zones there are usually a couple in the marker areas. Skills are giving a lot through quests and if you find a Skill merchant you can purchase skills with your skill points you get each level. Adventure to new areas and you'll find plenty, probably more than your willing to do.
