Monk secondary skills in pre-searing

Is there a Monk trainer in pre-searing other than Brother Mhenlo and Grazden the Protector? I've heard that Healing Breeze and Banish are available but I can't find anyone who will train them.

I believe that there are like one or two skills that only the Primary can get pre-searing.
