Way too powerful for the energy one. Health regen not a big deal, but still too powerful.

Those are the penalty for Regen bonus
-10 is normally the standard penalty for a +1 on anything. But a regen of any kind is a really good thing to have, so I can accept -20 for that...
I was also thinking of making it a mixed thing. health for energy and visa versa..

Focus swappers would use this all the time as a way to hide their available energy while gaining extra regeneration though - so I think it's doomed. After all, you simply carry a switch with an energy bonus, pop to it, cast your spell, pop back to the -energy weapon and use regen to recover the energy lost faster. You hide your energy away from those trying to energy burn/steal from you, get extra regen and all in one package. It can't work with the present system without being strictly better than any other option.
