Shocking Half Moon of Enchanting

Lightning Damage 15-28 (req. 9 Marksmanship)
+12% Damage Vs. Hexed Foes
Enchantments Last 18% Longer

I'm aware that on it's own 18% enchantments is worth (8k)
The Lightning String is worth (500g)

Other good points on this bow i believe are it's low req of just 9 and it is also max damage. I'd appreciate any info as to it's actual value and any interest of people wanting to buy it is welcome also.
