They've been selling for 200k or more lately with such stats.

Its not as popular design, Strider, but it is an extremely rare one that a number of collectors are still looking for. I'd hold out for a few hundred K, maybe 400K to 500K.

agreed. unlike with fells, the value of brutes stayed pretty much static form before&after the patch, even though that value is still lower than fellblades. this is mostly because brutes are rarer than fells.
the largest market for brutes is in weapons collectors, and they will pay money for them, regardless of how they look.

ive found that the brute pricing is as such (perfectly modded):

8 15>50: 750-900k
9 15>50: 500-600k
10 15>50: 350-450k
11 15>50: 200-300k

the price change in brutes before/after patch is between 50 and 100k; far smaller than almost any other rare weapon.

I sold a REQ 10 with 15% above 50% for 350K without any perfect mods on

I hope Brutes are rarer, since I have a 7req 15% Brute .
