Where is the Access Key?

This is probably a plainly obvious question, but where is the access key located? I've looked through everything in the box and I can't find it anywhere... making me extremely frustrated. A little help please.

Open your CD case on the insert in the front of it you will see a Grey area that says use a coin to gently scratch for the number. (Like a lottery ticket) That is where you CD key is.

Thanks, for some reason my jewel case came with no front insert! Hence my source of frustration - back to the store I go to argue my case.
