Still waiting to play GW. I'm so so so so so so glad I held out for GW over WoW. =/ But, I did get an email requesting my CD key a "very short" 38 hours after I initially reported the incident.
Here's a suggestion arena, use ssl on you website. You ask me to send you my cd key to you by email which is plain text. Then every time I log onto your website to see the status of my "incident" you post my cd key in plain text again for all to sniff.
I hope you reply back to me again with good news within the "very short" 38 hours of the last reply, then I will only need to wait 3 more hours.
