wtb a shild

i need a shild that req tactics(must be an ageis or a shild of the wing)
-must have some kind of heath+ (in a stance,always,ect...)
-must be 16 armor
-i dont care if its gold purple or blue
-must be 3k or less or possible to trade for items
**im usually on at 3pm-7pm on weekdays and 10am-7pm on weekends**

I have to good shields

Purple Tall Shield
Armor 16 (req 9 Tactics)
Health +24 (while enchanted)

Shadow Shield
Armor 16 (Req. 10 strength)
Health +11 (while in a stance)
