Is this still taught at the Temple of the Ages? I've heard rumors that all elite skills are no longer taught by trainers and must be learned by using Signet of Capture on a boss that uses the skill. Is this true?

YOu can't buy elites anymore.

That particular elite skill is commonly found on shadow bosses in the shiverpeaks regions. I've seen it personally in talus slope and iron mines mission.

I saw it on one of the Azure boss monsters near the Seer in Iron Mines.

If you cant buy elites anymore then can you still obtain them through quests?

Iron Mines of Moladune - If someone is looking for infuse runs go with them. The first boss after the Video uses it. Be quick though.
