General Sickle Pricing Question

I was wondering, what is the general feeling in the community towards selling sickles that occupy the fuzzy gray area of pricing? By fuzzy gray area I mean the less than 20 damage white and blue sickles.

I spent about 45 minutes browsing this forum and I saw replies which generally said that white and blue sickles are worthless and should be sold to the merchant. However, I also saw replies that said, regardless of whether the sickle is white or blue, they are still worth something since they one of the rarest drops in the game.

If anyone has any opinions, please post them.
