Nolani secondary mission?

What is the secondary? I thought it had something to do with the Obelisk's. I think I may have missed one? If it does have to do with that, where are they all? If it doesn't, what is the secondary? Thanks.

Find a NPC, get a book, bring the book to a temple/altar/whatever.
When you're facing the door of the academy (on your way out), the NPC is on your left, near the boundary of the map, and the altar is on your right near the great wall, near the boundary of the map.

Yeah the NPC is in the cliffs, almost right when you sneak out of the Academy. Be careful, there are a lot shatter gargoyles near the location.
