Attack speed: +33% weapon?

I'm not sure, but I remember I've seen one on a collector once, but I'm not sure, could anyone tell me if it excist, and if so, where to get it?

I have heard of such a sword but I have never seen it. I would like to know if this exists aswell so .

Would be great for use with mark of pain where your biggest problem is killing your primary target too soon. Anyone know if it stacks with flurry?

ive seen a fire wand in ascalon with like +33% attack speed but had a negative effect dont remember

attack speed is capped at 133% now anyway

The collector outside of Serenity Temple has items with +33% Dmg, -67% Attack speed, already checked it before I posted

North east of the frontier gate or outside of nolani, not too sure.
