5 energy regen?

ok i know that monks have 4 energy regen with there armor , now i heared that you can get 5 . i think it has something to do with peace? but can ne1 tell me if u can get 5 energy regen?

It's an elite called "Peace And Harmony". It gives you +1 energy regeneration, as long as you cast spells that target allies.

Spells like Aegis, Heal Party, and Heal Area will cancel the effect, though.

Succor, monk spell, but can only be cast on target other ally, give +1 regen. Look at the skill listing here on guru.

oh i forgot succor also gives you +1 to health regen as well.

Also, melandrus resilience. For every hex and condition you gain health +2 and energy +1 regeneration. Duration 8-18 sec, wilderness attribute. Also an elite.
