Guild Diplomacy

I think a good idea would be to make it possible to kick out the guild leader, maybe he is offline for loads, is a pain in the......, you dont trust his/her judgement, taking guild in wrong direction etc etc. A fair way of doing this would be that if all the officers voted for it, he would be kicked out..... of course then you would need a vote for the new guild leader. Also you could have an option that if the majority of the members vote for someone to be made an officer, etc. I just generally think it would be good to put some more diplomacy or just anything new into the guild.

Just putting forward an idea, what you think?

If they create the Guild they can do whatever they want with it, if you dont like how the Guild operates then leave.

Theres this thing, where if you click on that little thing by your name, a thing pops up and says Leave Guild. Click that if you dont' agree with what they are doing. It is their guild, not yours.

You have to realise the guild is no one man show, (btw i didnt ask for suggestions on leaving a guild), and what if the guy has been offline for two months and youve put a load of work into it?? Please give FEEDBACK.

crazy , make your own guild and invite people to it ...

i made a random person officer , cose he sounded civilized , he said he would recruit .. when i was offline he kicked a few people and then left ...

Not too long ago, on this very forum, I heard ANet implemented some auto-demotion: If the leader doesn't log in for a month, the next officer with seniority is automatically promoted to leader.
