Pc On Gold Max Dmg Sephis Axe Req.8

Hey guys,
2 questions:

1.How much i ll get for the axe?
2. Would it make sense to upgrade this axe with perfect upgrades like 10/10 sunderimg and +30 health?

personally i think the axe isnt that great, -10 armor hurts alot more than -5 energy. the req is nice though so i would think u can get between 100-200k or so. and as for the mods ,imo sundering sucks. go with furious is u want to have the look of perfection . and as for the +30, it helps in a jam but personally i would prefer 20% enchanting.
<- sword user, but i use axes for farming or for fun
