Tall shield is nice, since it's got a great skin and stances are normally run out of tactics-based positions.

I'd guess 80K for the tall.

I absolutely am baffled as to -3 (10%) shields. I see some going for a ton of money, and some that go just a bit more than the -2(ench) mod. Can't help you on that one, man...

I bought that same -2/-2 req-9 tall shield for 200k.

I would say 100k is a good PC, but more if the person is looking for it.
