WTB 20% skeleton slaying swords or sword pommels; longsword req 9 15% dam. always -5

I need a sword or sword pommel that is exactly 20% bonus versus skeletons (skeleton slaying).

I would like to pick up one more max damage longsword that is req 9, +15% damage always, and -5 energy.

Also willing to pick up tall shields with 2 perfect mods (for example +30 health and -2 damage in a stance or enchanted, or -3 hexed, etc.) I am paying extremely well for these shields if the mods are useful for me and I don't have a shield like it yet.
