I just found this while farming, and was wondering if I could get anything for it as is, or if I should take a gamble and salvage it for the Sundering Hilt...

Your best bet is the sundering hilt,the require is extremely high so yeah..go for it sell for like 50k..don't worry about it that's the only modd on it so you have like a 75% chance of getting it
