Thats a cool idea with Grenth appearing to fight you, as a reward for you killing everything in UW and killing Grenth he should drop like 50 ectos for each person.

Like many other things the Japanese are known for doing well, video games are an American creation.

I see you discovered the truth behind UW. I think the 'reward' is the knowledge that you cleared all of UW. I wasted 5 hours like a couple of months ago while I was still playing heavily and I just ended up with a huge amount of exp. The first time is kind of fun, if you have a whole day to waste playing a video game. XD

Yeah I would love to clear both FoW and UW.
It's a shame that so many people leave usually after 30mins.
And in agreement to some earlier posts I think players are not rewarded enough in GW for either completing quests, missions, difficult encounters. Sure some nice items sometimes drop but I don't think enough.
Say for example on a recent FoW trip, 1 person got 5 shards, a few got 1-2 each and then a few got none??? I still think drops/rewards have gotten worse over time. A real shame. Anyone have any idea why?
Anyway if anyone ever wants to clear UW or FoW on EU servers then get in contact pls:

Believe it or not, I recall going through that door (the one at the "end" of the UW) during an UW run. Can't remember what was behind it, since it was a fair while ago, but I definitely went through it.

If you're talking about the huge door in the cool area beyond the smites, You can indeed "go through" it because the door itself looks like it would have collision data but it does not, and even though you can pass through the door graphic, behind the door is only a small gap and a solid wall as someone already said in this thread. I've seen it myself. Go walk up to that door, your character will clip into the door graphics, and you can look behind the door and see the blank wall behind it in all its glory. Too bad, really. That door looks really big and important-looking, but behind it is just a freaking wall!
Another point of dis/interest is also beyond the smites. When you come to a lake-like area, you can run around the lake in certain spots on the slope surrounding it until you come to a ridge in the hills. If you then look over that ridge, you will see the end of the Underworld. A big, empty plain with absolutely nothing on it that goes on forever. I guess the developers just gave up at that point, but hey, there's plenty more of UW to explore.
