Skill Trainers...incorrect?

On the skill trainers list supposedly the Ascalon skill trainer is capable of training quite a few skills for each proffession. However when I went to him he offered 3 skills total...that's it. Is the trainer not actually in the city or something? I really want to get a few necromancer spells like Blood of the Master, but I can't find a single skill trainer in the beginning of the game, and i know there must be one because I've seen people using skills I want to get! Any help would be appreciated

It hasn't been updated with the changes that Anet put in at release. They're working on it. Patience! Also most skills are available by completing quests. Post searing the first trainer for necro skills is located in Sardelac San. You can find it by exploring "Old Ascalon".
