ok someone is lying here.. . . .max for ench is 15% so must be while hexed. . .
it also says 15>50 on your thread. .and this fell is clearlynot 15>50. ..so i can see this thread being closed very soon. . .

NO max for an enchantement pommel is 20% so you need to get your facts straight befor you post and make your self look so dumb. and yes the fell can have a 15^50 mod with a 12 req I have had 2 that I sold so you should really chk your facts before posting hear OH FREE BUMP!!
