Energy degeneration is the worst mod for an always axe. I would guess you could sell this for 10K...

why does a warrior need energy in pvp if he has a monk? u can always use a zealous haft

Because a warrior only starts with 2 pips of energy regeneration.

You take away one, and use a zealous haft, and you have NO regeneration.

Incredibly hard to maintain permanent enchantments, which really bites for a warrior who needs to focus his time on attacking.

Any good warrior uses energy to enhance attacks and add DPS, not to heal himself. A monks purpose is to spend his energy healing you, so you spend it on other things, such as killing. -1 Energy Regen adds up to hundreds of Energy lost in an extended battle, and is real blow your damage.
