Are 15-always / -1 health degen and 15-always / -1 energy regen still valued more over 15 / stance? I'm asking only because the 15-always with any degen seems very self-defeating...
Malice Black
15% stance would sell better but not by much
Rain Knight
this thread is one of the most helpful thread around i'd say....STICKY it!!
anyways, proly i should add some of me opinions since i see many asking...though this is purely for Warrior only
Most useful mods, by rank: (keep in mind this has nothing to do with price, and this is assuming the weapon is for normal use...no enery hiding etc)
1)15% -10armor while attacking
- an 'always' weapon..
- passive
- penalty is minimal (approximately -2.5% of warriors armor, assuming each piece is 80 armor *existence of a shield and +XX armor vs physical from armor are excluded from calculation* and note that penalty is temporary and ONLY occurs when you're attacking, doesnt affect running etc...)
2)15^50
- no penalty
- passive
- with conditions (hp above 50%)
- most favourable
3)15% -5energy
- an 'always' weapon
- passive
- penalty -5 ene (approximately -20% of a warrior's max energy)
4)15% stance
- no penalty
- active (while using stance skills)
5)15% -1energy regen
- an 'always' weapon
- passive
- penalty -1 energy regeneration
6)20% while hexed
- highest dmg mod weapon
- no penalty
- passive
- with conditions (while hexed)
7)15% -1hp regen
- an 'always' weapon
- passive
- penalty -1 health regeneration
8)20% while health is below 50%
- highest dmg mod
- no penalty
- passive
- with conditions (20%<50)
9)15% enchanted
- no penalty
- active (using enchantment skills)
10)15% vs hexed foes
- no penalty
- active (using hex spells)
as you can see..there're a few overated weapons and a few underated weapons:
from highly underated to underated:
20% while hexed (best secondary weapon) followed by 15% stance (quite a handful of warrior skills are stance based, may not be the case for hammer users) and 20% below 50% (best secondary coupled with a 15^50)
slightly overated weapons
15%enchanted.....this weapon can only be fully utilized with a secondary profession with enchant skills (keep in mind that a warrior has urmmm 1+1-2=0, yes thats right ZERO enchantment skills)..which is this case is W/Mo which is quite commonly seen.....
again this is my two cents...all opinions are welcomed...
