Looking for a strength based W/MO PvE tank

Anyone know a strength based, swordsman PvE tank? I fairly new to the game and not very co-ordinated on what skills will work well together.

As so far as taking damage and dishing it back out?
Riposte and Deadly Riposte are good sword skills, both tactics based though.
A vampiric hilt and Hundred Blades is GREAT healing, especially if using Live Vicariously and Vigorous Spirit on yourself.
Gladiator's Defense is nice due to its return damage and short recharge(for a stance)
Shielding Hands, Protective Spirit are good Prot Prayers skills. Especially if using Hundred Blades and those health regainers.
Healing Hands and Mark of Protection are both great for short term damage mitigation while healing alot at the price of your elite.
Bonetti's Defense, even with no tactics is a near must.
Symbol of Wrath and Balthazar's Aura are both GREAT smite skills to kill mobs grouped around you. Also Retribution combined with those and Gladiator's Defense make short work of near all enemies.
Hope that gives you some ideas to make a build that works for you!

Yup, it really is. Although it isn't too effective if the other members of your party don't know how to let a warrior grab aggro.
Even with a few points in tactics, you can maintain Watch Yourself for another +20 AL.
