Hello. So I'm looking for a Str Shield with either +29 or +30 hp always. Please leave IGN. Thanks. Additional modifyer of -2 in stance or -3 while hexed is also cool.

That can't be.
+30 hp always is max.

Unless you got some glitched item which I very highly doubt.

I highly doubt it.
I suppose there's no way you can prove it though.

Yours was probably while enchanted, while hexed, or while in a stance.
