PC please! Thanks! I could change the mods, so I'm more looking for a PC on the hammer, minus the mods (i.e. damage and damage mod).

As for the shield... well... *shrug*

15-20k maybe. It's the 'normal' skin and it has a high req. I don't think the shield is worth anything.
