Ithas Bow

I'm going to assume that the Ithas Bow will have some kind of a marksmanship bonus on it by the description...

Exclusive item: the Ithas bow - All classes in Guild Wars can use a bow as an offensive weapon. When used by a Ranger, the damage of the bow increases with a higher Marksmanship score. As only a Ranger has the Marksmanship attribute, the other classes will not receive this advantage.

I think that description means it will be like all the other bows in the game. It till have a requirement of Marksmanship level ?+, if you meet the requirement you will deal the full damage of the bow, and if you don't then you will deal damage equal to the base damage for that type of bow.

Don't see where you're taking your conclusion from.

Any bow's damage is increased by marksmanship & has a min attrib lvl requirement.
