Skill costs

Why do all skills cost multiples of 5? Can we get some 7 point skills? 4 points? Not all 5 point skills are equally effective, how about a little variety in the costs?

well why bring it up?
why not ask energy cost to be ultra low when you have nothing into that attribute then higher when there put into.
people who bring up energy costings usally have some sort of problem with it...

He just wants to see varied costs on energy based skills. Numbers that aren't all multiples of 5 would be nice.

I'm more curious as to why energy skills are all in multiples of 5, where as adrenal skills have varied numbers. Are all 5 energy cost skills equal in effectiveness? Are all 10 energy skills equal in effectiveness? Why can't they be changed to more accurately suit the usefulness of the skill?
