I believe i have a -2 while enchanted req 12 tactics ill sell for like 5k. If you need something lower req, i have a req 9 and 8 one with same stats. but the req 8 one is a tall shield i wanna sell for around 20k or so. req 9 (summit warlord shield) i may sell for 10k
