Req. is perfect, mod is almost perfect, mods are probably not worth much but its a Chaos Axe

Yeah but you don't see a req of 7 very often, so 8 is generally considered perfect- it's overlooked.

dang can't beleive market on those 14>50 dropped this bad I sold mine that was like that but 10 req for 500k...=O/
