PC: on this VERY odd Flame Artifact!!

Hey all,
I found this in my travels and wasn't sure what to think when I id'd it.

Gold Flame Artifact
Energy+12 (req 10 Fire)
Armor+4
Health-20
Health+31 (enchanted)

Looks kinda cool but not too sure if it's of any use to an elementalist.
Please post what you think and a price if anyone knows what it might be worth.

not much. 5K tops. shield makes no sense.

yea, I didn't think it would be worth much. Mabey a collector would want something like that cuz it's kida rare as far as a drop goes.

em....it worth around 3-4K coz of it's rareity but its not practical since ppl can buy a +12 energy, fire+1 20% hp+30 for only 2K....so i think 3-4 is a fair price
