Wtb good rod for Mo/W farming

Is there something specific you're looking for in the rod? Faster cast / recharge, energy, defence? If you don't care abour requirements, does that mean you don't care about damage either? A little more info would be helpful.

i have a pretty nice Smiting Rod with a Smiting/Healing combination

Light Damage 11-22 req 13 Smiting Prayers
Energy +3 (while enchanted)
Improves Skill Recharge using Healing prayers skill (chance 20%)
One Handed of course =)

I believe a HoD sword with +20% enchants pommel would be the best Mo/W farming weapon. Whacking monsters builds adrenaline faster for Bonetti's, it has +5 energy unconditional, and as far as I know you cannot get rods with +20% longer enchants at all.
The difference in the amount of damage you can do with a rod vs sword to only one monster is minimal compared to two extra hits from Balths Aura to all monsters in range.

u dont need anything other than the rod from the droks collector as it has the 20/20 for the smiting skills, thats all i use on my monk farmer and i have no porblems at all. You dont even need to be using bonettis either, 2 enchantments are good enough and i can take on upto 15 hydra/giants or griffons at once. by the way im a monk / ele and people told me it wouldnt work but i can go thru a group of 10 hydra faster than any monk/ warrior ull meet lol

And you would be even faster with a sword +20% enchants

i have a staff with 20/20 smiting and an enchants wrap of 20 on it and also got a HoD sword with 18% on it i think aswell so there already in use lol

i would like an energy +5 for my staff tho just to gimme a bit more but i do fine at the mo cos im never out of energy
