Realistically, they drop only from HoH chests under the current patch. I've heard of them also dropping in UW, but not that often.

my friend have one in purple... never seen one in gold though.. and it really doesn't look all that um... tempting... looks like one of those long sword.. with a light blue blade that looks almost like you're holding a somewhat kitchen knife...
