Mission-Quitter Fix

Here's a suggestion to help soften the blow to quitters during missions: Replace members who quit with a henchmen of the same class. Now I know your saying "but henchmen suck ass!" but its a lot better than getting stuck with an empty spot because your Monk "had to go eat because his mom won't let him eat at the computer."
