Awesome Looking Swords

I took a screenshot of this rack because the particular weapon caught my eye. its in D'alessio seaboard, near the shrine of mending with dorrian.

1. Looks exactly like the ghostly sword that the ghost heros wield in the crystal desert. looks really nice.

2. Totally AWESOME! this got to be the nicest weapon i ever seen, how i wish anet would implement this weapons in game in the expansion or something.


The second screenshot is taken from a website. another weapon that i have never seen or heard of before in guild wars. A cool black shadow blade.

Shadow blade was available in beta if I remember well, don't have any idea why they removed it since it sure is the best looking sword I have seen in the game far from that crappy looking and totally over rated crystalline sword.

That shadow sword looks awesome! I want one!

But yeah the Shadow Bow DEFINATELY should of replaced the Crystalline Sword as rarest in game. I wouldn't say get rid of Crystalline but not make it the hardest to get. (Don't the guys in FoW carry them?)

Yeah shadow warriors in FoW carry shadow blades....they just don't drop them

the shadow blade is, i am in no doubt, the coolest looking sword in game. no scratch that.

the coolest THING in game (even beating male necro Fissure armor)

they have to bring it back. why would that make something like that then make it unavaliable?

maybe it'll be a prize for the tourney...

#1 in the first picture: it's the sword used by any ghost-type NPC.

Expect these things in chapter 2; they removed a multitude of Beta items that should be making a reappearance in an expansion.

what about the sword to the left of sword#1, i believe that is the coolest looking one (other than shadowblade) a scimitar/falchion with a hole in the middle and a pimped out paint job

Just a bit curious, but could you lot be mistaking the Shadowblade for the 'Fellblade'!? If not, I'll ask for one when the next chapter comes out

Good ol' simple Long Sword > em all.

I like long sword and fellblade. Long sword is pimp with platemail, fellblade is sweet with 15k dragons.

I like the Scimitar with a female warrior or a Stance ranger. Looks too small on a male warrior though - a bit like a steroid munching gorilla holding a butter knife.

In terms of looks:

Fellblade>Long Sword>Flamberge>Wingblade Sword>Fiery Dragon Sword
