For 1) i've heard many ppl say it can fetch around 300k-350k although i dont knw if its true. For 2), i've heard a few ppl say others are more willing to pay for the sundering hilt upgrade rather than the barbed one in 1), and they also said that it would be worth more.

So taking 1) as reference, how much more would 2) be worth? (it may not be more, just gimme your opinions, thanks)

I dont think it would increase the value dramatically. If you put any mod on like that, make sure its furious because that is actually somewhat useful. I dont think anyone is going to pay more for the mods, they will just offer enough money to get the dmg mod.
