Divine Healing Staff ... any chance in future?

Hey, just wondering if there is a shot that the 20/20 healing staff (req 9 divine favor) ... is going to be implemented for pve players. I play both sides very often and want to use my pve for something other than smite once and a while. Any idea if this will be available to pve players? If not then it is limiting pvp to only pvp made characters (I use my pvp slot currently but want to use my pve once and a while to limit re-rolls) This way I always have my pve monk with all skills unlocked and perfect upgrades on 3 staff (heal, prot, smite) ready and can use my pvp slot when necessary. I know its farfetched but I would hope to see some balance available so pve players can compete competatively in the pvp side of things too, for fun.

I am also wondering this as with a +5 energy head and either a healing prayers wrap or an enchanting wrap and thsi would be the best healing staff in the game for any PVe monk
