There are no other warrior one-handed weapons with plus energy...only caster items.

There's an axe that gives you better skill recharge (I believe he's outside of Fort Ranik)...

There is an axe with an energy bonus I have one that I got as a quest reward somewhere around fishermans haven but I kept it in case they ever removed this item. The stats are

Battle Axe
Slashing Dmg: 6-21 (req. 8 Axe Mastery)
Energy +3 while enchanted
Energy + 5 while hexed
