Ascalon skill trainer if I recall.

You can get it from a quest by a person just outside of ascalon city. You may have to do other quests first before you get that one (cant remember for sure).

Skill Trainer Listing on main page - Yaks bend skills trainer, but i believe that you can get it from the farmer quest just outside of sardilac sanitarium.

Put this on and never take it off your skillbar. If you can think of a better use for a pip of energy than getting 2 or three pips of life power to you!

Oh, Iknow it can be useful in some odd instances, but overall I'd rather a warrior (who was only going to use his energy for a mending) in any PvE party threw the pip of energy back to the monk using Succor than put a mending up. If you aren't going to be investing up to 3 pips of regen from mending you can use Watchful Spirit to get 2 pips with no investment needed, and the added bonus of a 30 point heal when it gets removed - granted, it costs 5 more energy to start, but you get the 2 pips for nothing, rather than investing into healing.

I was hoping this wouldn't turn into a "Why Mending sucks" thread.
To the OP: If you know what you're doing with Mending, great. If you don't, try searching for "Mending". You'll catch the drift sooner or later.
