I know you can 'click' on them with a mouse but is there a way to target them using the keyboard. In other games, you can press F1 for yourself and F2-6 for the others in the group.
Also there is no auto assist. If i click on the warrior and then cast a nuke, the program does not automatically send the nuke to the mob the warrior has targeted.
How do you target your group members

i think if you hit the tab button it targets other people. you could also true the two bracket buttons.

Sorry, what is "true" the buttons...change option on the keys?
Zeta
sorry 'bout that. typing mistake. you could try the two bracket keys. they target the person nearest you i think.

By default 'F' targets yourself, and there are no keys assigned to target other party members, but all that can be changed under Options->Control Setup. For example, I have my numeric keypad 1-8 target party members, and 0 self-targets.

Thanks. It helps, when playing a monk, if you can use keys to target group members than using mouse to click on members.

there is a box on the right side of your screen when you grouped. it shows you the Health of each party member in your group. all you need to do is click the name of the person in your group in this box and you are targeting them. (yes this box can be closed if you dont want it there, but i keep it up as a Monk becasue its much easier)

I like the 'numeric keypad' idea. Thanks for the tip!!

I also did the numeric keypad setup and it works great. Those keys aren't used for anything by default so they work perfect for eight party members and yourself.

Also in the party screen you can (I think) click on the person and it will target them.

In a heavy combat situation, a keyboard shortcut beats mousing over to the party window any day.
